To the maximum extent permitted by law, lg party link's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including where: terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, regulatory requirements mandate closure, or inactivity exceeds twelve (12) consecutive months. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance may be returned to the user following a KYC review, unless the funds are subject to an ongoing investigation or forfeiture under these terms.

Any disputes regarding account closure or funds must be raised with our support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Requests submitted after this window may not be entertained.
